Rahul is a senior executive product leader with over two decades of track record delivering strong business results, formulating and executing product & GTM strategy in B2B & B2B2C companies, and building high performing teams with an emphasis on cross functional collaboration.
He excels in connecting the dots in the big picture, effectively articulating strategy and investment, and following through on execution with P&L oversight.
Rahul also co-founded Institute of Product Leadership, delivering impactful product management learning & development at companies such as CA, Epicor, Globe Telecom, Microsoft, VMWare, Neustar and many others. He was also instrumental in designing and delivering the first of its kind EMBA in Product Leadership, an 18-month part time program, in partnership with two universities in Bangalore, India.
Rahul is a certified Lean Launchpad Educator and frequently mentors startup teams on value proposition design and business models working with corporate accelerators and incubators.
He strongly believes in paying it forward to the community. He serves on the Board of Advisors of UC Irvine’s Beall Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and as an Adjunct Faculty at Pepperdine University teaching product innovation.
Rahul has a Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications) from Mumbai University, India, and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.
